We are seeking a passionate and motivated Commis Chef to join the team at Epicurean, our premium dining destination renowned for its diverse cuisines and exceptional guest experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your culinary skills in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen while working alongside experienced chefs dedicated to excellence.
About You
Previous experience in a professional kitchen preferred.
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent (desirable).
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.
Flexible availability across a 7-day roster.
Commitment to food safety and workplace health & safety standards.
