Located in Paddington NSW, CAGC Family Trust trading as Cipri Italian is a modern Italian dining venue currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef to become part of their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes in line with the restaurant's standards
Planning menus and assisting with the development of new dishes
Ensuring food preparation areas are clean, organised, and compliant with food safety standards
Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering kitchen supplies
Supervising kitchen staff and supporting smooth daily kitchen operations
Maintaining consistency in portioning, presentation, and quality of meals
Ensuring all food is stored, handled, and prepared safely and hygienically
Working closely with management to improve kitchen efficiency and service quality
About you:
At least one year of relevant experience as a Chef or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Good organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
