Australian Venue Co is searching for a versatile Tournant Chef to join our Logan-based team. You’ll get to work across some of the area’s most popular pubs – such as Fitzy’s Loganholme, Fitzy’s Waterford, and the Browns Plains Hotel. Each venue has its own personality, but all share a strong reputation for great food, community spirit, and memorable hospitality.

The Role

As a Tournant Chef, you’ll be the go-to backbone of our kitchens – adaptable, hands-on, and confident stepping into any section. You’ll thrive in variety, take command when needed, and keep standards consistently high across multiple kitchens.

What You’ll Do

  • Run any section of the kitchen with skill and confidence
  • Adapt quickly to changing needs and support different teams
  • Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
  • Lead by example, fostering a positive and collaborative culture
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene requirements

About You

  • Proven chef experience, ideally across multiple sections in high-volume kitchens
  • Leadership skills with the confidence to step up when needed
  • Flexible, adaptable, and calm under pressure
  • Positive attitude with a passion for teamwork and growth
  • Must have a valid driver’s licence and access to a car
