ABOUT THE ROLE 

Are you a cook looking for your first or next career move working in the best workplace café in the world? Then we have just what you’re looking for! 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Casual Cook to join the team at The Beckley, our in-house café. We are looking for a motivated induvial with a can-do attitude, obsessed with their customer and obsessed with results who will work alongside the kitchen team to deliver meals that fuel our 1,200 team members onsite at our global headquarters. 

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Working within a dynamic and fast paced kitchen
• Assist with the preparation of menus, updated weekly
• Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely manner
• Supporting the Head Chef and the team in day-to-day operations of the kitchen
• Able to organise events and catering
• Support with ordering and stock levels
• Provide support to the team with various tasks including line cooking, food preparation and plating.
• Be able to set up your workstation with all the equipment you need and keep tidy 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 

• Relevant qualification or equivalent experience as a member of a volume cafe

• Knowledge of various cooking methods and preparation procedures

• Time management skills with ability to work well under pressure and high volumes
