Lead briefings, support the kitchen team, manage event flow, and keep leadership aligned.
Inspire your team, welcome new talent, shape menus with smart costing, and keep communication flowing across departments
Deliver fast, safe, and tailored service—solving guest dietary needs with confidence and care
Rock a professional look, keep hygiene top-notch, and champion quality every step of the way.

About You:
Have at least 12 months of full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)
Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is provided)
A seasoned CDP with hotel chops, hungry for the next big step in their culinary journey!
Flexible for weekends and evenings—and good to go right away!
