We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to take the reins and continue driving our food offer forward — with a focus on consistency, quality, and community.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • An experienced Head Chef (or strong Sous ready to step up) with at least 1 year in a similar role
  • A natural leader who trains, motivates, and develops their team
  • Someone who thrives under pressure and leads by example
  • Excellent menu development and presentation skills
  • A hands-on operator with a supportive and approachable leadership style
  • Proven experience in large-scale events and functions

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • Strong understanding of cost control, stock management, and rostering
  • Menu costing expertise with a focus on minimising waste
  • Proficiency with POS, kitchen management systems & MS Office
  • Knowledge of current food trends and kitchen optimisation
  • A compliance-first mindset with excellent food safety standards
  • Community-focused with a drive to grow the business
