Knox Grammar is comprised of 3 campuses, Wahroonga Prep School, Knox Prep School and Knox Senior School. We are looking for cooks to join our high performance team on site.
The Role
- Full time Demi Chef de Partie role aligned to term time of school calendar with school holidays off.

Leading and managing sandwich/Cold Larder section with junior cooks.

Have completed Cetrificate 3 in commerical cookery.

Take responsiblity of organising the section.

Have strong knowledge about allergens and dietary needs.

Must be able to work unsupervised.

Follow hygiene and food safety guidelines, must be able to work clean and productive.

Shifts are usually Mon - Friday 6:00am - 14:00pm with occasional evening or weekend work.

A working with children’s check and police clearance is also required for this role.
