Your Role as a Cook
You’ll deliver this role by:
Performing food preparation duties, including supervising the on‑site Simply Divine Café
Preparing, cooking, and serving fresh meals for residents and customers
Preparing meals safely and professionally in line with The Hopewell Centre food safety program
Meeting changing dietary needs by preparing nutritious, appealing, and accommodating meals
Planning menus in consultation with the manager, residents/customers, and catering staff

What We’re Looking For
Demonstrating strong commercial cooking experience and high‑quality food presentation
Providing excellent customer service with clear communication skills
Following food safety, infection control, and workplace health and safety procedures
Managing time, multitasking, and prioritising work effectively in a team or independently
Essential Requirements
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy)
Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy.
Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel for work
