The Commis Chef reports directly to the Sous Chef, working in a vibrant, hands-on environment that emphasises flawless product execution, safety, and creativity.

What we are looking for
About you:
You bring experience in high volume kitchen environments and sound knowledge across all sections. With comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and OH&S standards, you take pride in keeping your section stocked and tidy. You understand the importance of working as part of a team and support by ensuring all preparation for your section is in line with service for the day and adheres to food safety requirements.
Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our Commissary Kitchen at The Star Sydney.
