Due to continued growth in our events portfolio, The Fresh Collective Brisbane is seeking experienced Casual Chef to join our culinary team. This role offers the chance to work across our iconic Brisbane venues—Waters Edge at Portside Wharf, Riverlife at Kangaroo Point, and Queensland Museum Kurilpa in East Brisbane—delivering a diverse range of functions and events.

  • Casual rate: Mon-Fri at $35.15 p/hr Sat at $42.18 p/hr plus super

About The Role

  • Able to work across different venues 
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure efficient food production and quality control
  • Ensure the highest standards of presentation and quality
  • Follow standardised recipes correctly to provide food to the highest standard

About You

  • Certificate 3 in commercial Cookery
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passionate about Italian food and cooking, and open to learning new skills in the kitchen
  • Valid working rights in Australia
