Let the good times roll!  You will be required to assist in the production of delicious food and service whilst learning on the job as well as attending training days off site. Work alongside qualified international chefs, gaining a solid foundation for your career.

How You’ll Do It

• Conduct food preparation and cooking duties ensuring menu items are prepared to recipe and quality standards
• Improve culinary skills and recipes as new experiences arise
• Ensure portion control and food quality
• Follow workplace hygiene procedures and maintain workplace in a clean and hygienic manner
• Follow all workplace and HACCP procedures in regard to food handling and preparation
• Attend and participate in all scheduled off site training sessions

• Passion for cooking, dedication and a willingness to learn
• Great communication skills
• Reliability and team orientated
• No experience required - we will teach you!
